Working in various branches of industry made us realize - independently of each other - that getting hands on relevant (organizational) information even from within the organization is neither as easy nor as trivial as it should be. Information must be actively acquired consuming large amounts of valuable time. We had a closer look on how to tackle this problem and found a variety of responsible root causes.
We identified the steps required to solve the problem. The first was to step outside, out of the organization, to be independent and flexible enough. The next steps require a team which is clearly focused on assisting others to find viable solutions. And to leverage the capabilities of AI systems to actually make all the data available as needed.
To achieve all this we founded Ciocene in early 2018.
